26 Fidget Quilts have been Donated to Lifecare Centers !!
This year we are making and donating fidget quilts for Alzheimer’s and dementia patients. Susan B. will be coordinating the effort and materials will be provided at the meetings and open sews.
What is a fidget quilt? A small quilt
made with different textured cloths and often adorned with buttons, zippers, or other objects to help busy the nervous hands of an Alzheimer’s or dementia patient. Fidget quilts are typically 20″- 24″ square.
