Home and Open Sews


Open Sews – On the Second Sunday of the month, we can be found in the Fellowship Hall once again working on whatever project we would like to bring with us. This is a great time to ask fellow quilters beginner questions or just socialize and sew.

Open Sew Sunday, December 13, 2015 – Mini-Workshops (each is approximately 1 hour long)

  • 10-11 amFabric Bowl – Lisa B
  • 11-12 pm Bowl Shaped Pot Holder – Veronica
  • 1-2 pm Fabric Origami Boxes – Debby
  • 2-3 pm Ten-Minute Table Runner – Veronica

Home Sew – These crop up a few times a month. A member will invite the guild to her home for socializing and working on their own projects.

Community Home Sew- November 20, 2015 Mothertown Quilters will be at the Lancaster Community Center from noon ’till 4 pm for a home sew.  Soup will be served from 12-12:30. The community is welcome to come sew, chat, get help/advise with their quilty projects.
