- Setup Friday September 28, 2018 Late afternoon, early evening. Vendor set-up 6-8 pm
- Show Saturday September 29 2018 from 10-4. Final set-up and vendor set-up 7:30-9:30 am

Quilt Show features:
- Quilts from our members
- Quilts/tops from guild projects/workshops
- Antique quilt assessment – dating, etc. by Beth
- Yard Sale tables – buy by the bag – some items (like sewing machines) may be individually priced
- 6 Raffle baskets made by members and a quilt rack
- Raffle quilt based on a Bonnie Hunter design – made by Joanne W. and quilted by Jody
- One-two dozen cookies in a container (maybe a quart size baggie) wrapped in a fat quarter – $TBD
- Vendors – probably 6 – Mary is working on this
- No food
